The child vest is adjustable to fit kids 30-50 lbs, and the youth life jacket is adjustable to fit kids 50-90 lbs.

The adult universal size is adjustable to fit most adults who would wear a S, M, or L adult t-shirt, and it is Coast Guard approved for persons over 90 lbs. with a chest size between 30"-52". To use the vest, simply loosen the straps all the way before putting it on, then tighten each strap to conform the life jacket to your body shape.
